We are located on an interior lot on 11.55 acres with 10 adjacent acres. The first barn has 13 stalls totally re-done and a brand new indoor riding arena 75x110 ft with attached 10 stall barn. out-door arena is approx. 100x150. We have 13 seperate paddock turn-outs that we put 2 horses in each. Located 5 mins. from rt. 8. 30 mins. from Hartford or Waterbury. Conveniently located. We currently are an active boarding, breeding and lesson facility. We are close to riding trails. The indoor is a steel building and the older barn has also been all re-done with steel on the outside.
